Clean the mushrooms using a lightly damp paper towel. Trim a few centimeters off the ends and slice the mushrooms in halves.

Add the mushrooms to a large bowl and combine them with olive oil, pressed garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Use clean hands to mix everything thoroughly.

Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

Cook the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer for about 5 minutes. Give them a good shake and cook for another 5-8 minutes. You may need to cook in 2 separate batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Once the mushrooms are cooked, garnish with some fresh parsley (optional) and serve warm.
