Air Fryer Pasta Chips (Printable Version)

Crispy, seasoned pasta transformed in an air fryer with Italian herbs and parmesan cheese for a unique appetizer or snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 2 cups rigatoni or farfalle (bow-tie) pasta (regular, whole wheat, chickpea, or gluten-free)

→ Seasonings

02 - 1-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ½ teaspoon salt
06 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
07 - ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the rigatoni. Cook al dente according to the package instructions. When done, strain the pasta and transfer it directly to a mixing bowl.
02 - Meanwhile, preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
03 - Toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
04 - Transfer the seasoned pasta to the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 10-14 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket at the 6-minute mark to ensure even cooking.
05 - Serve immediately. Garnish with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy as a side dish or as an appetizer with marinara sauce or pesto for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Different air fryer models may require slight adjustments to cooking time.
02 - For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure chips crisp evenly.
