Air Fryer Pizza Rolls (Printable Version)

Crispy, cheese-filled dough pockets with pepperoni and Italian seasoning, perfectly air fried and served with marinara.

# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Roll Base

01 - Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
02 - Olive oil (for spraying)

→ Filling

03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1 cup pepperoni slices
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - Pinch of salt

→ Serving

07 - Marinara sauce (for dipping)

# Steps:

01 - Gather all ingredients and allow store-bought dough to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or roll out homemade dough.
02 - Roll out the dough and cut into 3×3 inch (7.5×7.5 cm) squares.
03 - Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and salt in the center of each dough square.
04 - Fold the dough over the filling and firmly crimp the edges to create sealed rolls.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 5 minutes.
06 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the pizza rolls in a single layer, leaving space between each.
07 - Cook the pizza rolls for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking time for even browning.
08 - Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, brush the tops of the rolls with garlic butter before air frying.
02 - Working in batches may be necessary depending on the size of your air fryer.
