Apple Cinnamon Sheet Cake (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 tsp baking soda
03 - 1 tsp baking powder
04 - ½ tsp salt
05 - 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
06 - ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
07 - 1 cup brown sugar
08 - ½ cup white sugar
09 - ¾ cup vegetable oil
10 - 2 large eggs
11 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
12 - 2½ cups peeled, cored and chopped apples

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, oil, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully incorporated.
04 - Gradually stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in the chopped apples until evenly distributed.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
06 - Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before slicing. Optionally dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze before serving.
