Balsamic Glazed Chicken and Veggies (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Vegetables

02 - 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion)

→ Marinade

03 - 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
04 - 1/4 cup olive oil
05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh basil leaves (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Place the chicken breasts on a sheet pan and pour half of the balsamic mixture over them, ensuring even coverage.
04 - Add the mixed vegetables to the sheet pan and drizzle the remaining balsamic mixture on top. Toss the vegetables to coat them evenly.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) and the vegetables are tender.
06 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve warm.
