Banana Pancake Bites (Printable Version)

Tender banana slices coated in cinnamon-spiced batter and cooked to golden perfection - a bite-sized breakfast delight.

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 120g all-purpose flour
02 - 15g sugar or maple syrup
03 - 5g baking powder
04 - 1g ground cinnamon
05 - 1g salt

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 120ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
07 - 2 medium bananas, sliced into 6mm thick rounds

# Steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar (or maple syrup), baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Create a well in the center, pour in the milk, and whisk gently until just combined.
02 - Place a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
03 - Pat the banana slices dry. Dip each slice into the pancake batter, ensuring it's fully coated. Let any excess batter drip off before placing the slices on the skillet.
04 - Cook each banana slice for 1–2 minutes, or until bubbles form on the edges and the batter sets. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
05 - Arrange the banana pancake bites on a plate. Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, or your preferred toppings.

# Notes:

01 - These bite-sized pancakes are perfect for kids or as a fun breakfast alternative.
02 - For best results, ensure bananas are ripe but still firm.
