05 - 1/4 cup (40g) finely diced white onion
06 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

# Steps:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until thoroughly browned, approximately 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat and allow to cool slightly.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, dill pickle relish, yellow mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until completely smooth and well combined.
03 - Thoroughly wash and chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Finely dice the white onion and chop the dill pickles into small pieces.
04 - In a large serving bowl, create layers starting with chopped lettuce as the base, followed by the cooled ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, and chopped pickles. Drizzle with the special sauce and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
05 - Serve immediately for best flavor and texture. For meal prep, store all components separately in airtight containers and assemble just before serving.
