Bomb Green Goddess Salad (Printable Version)

A vibrant, fresh salad with green leaf lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and avocado topped with creamy goddess dressing.

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 1 head green leaf lettuce, chopped (4-5 cups)
02 - 1/2 cup diced green pepper
03 - 1 cup diced cucumber
04 - 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
05 - 1/3 cup diced onion
06 - 1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
07 - 1 ripe avocado, sliced

→ Dressing

08 - Green Goddess dressing, to taste

# Steps:

01 - In a large serving bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, diced green pepper, cucumber, onion, cherry tomatoes, and sunflower seeds.
02 - Drizzle the Green Goddess dressing over the salad mixture. Using two wooden spoons, gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
03 - Top the dressed salad with freshly sliced avocado and serve immediately for optimal freshness.
