Chicken Tzatziki Casserole (Printable Version)

Juicy chicken with creamy tzatziki sauce, colorful vegetables and tangy feta cheese baked to Mediterranean perfection.

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 680g)

→ Sauce

02 - 1 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 bell pepper, chopped
04 - 1 red onion, chopped

→ Cheese

05 - 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 tsp dried oregano
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C and coat a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the prepared baking dish.
03 - Distribute the chopped bell peppers and red onions evenly over the chicken.
04 - Pour the tzatziki sauce uniformly over all ingredients in the baking dish.
05 - Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and dried oregano over the entire dish.
06 - Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.

01 - For best results, allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before serving to let the flavors settle.
