No-Bake Brownie Protein Bites (Printable Version)

Chocolatey, protein-rich treats made with cottage cheese and cocoa powder - no baking required for these delicious bites.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
02 - 2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
03 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
04 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
05 - 1 scoop protein powder (optional, chocolate or vanilla)
06 - 2 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds
07 - Handful of mini chocolate chips (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a blender, combine cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
02 - Transfer mixture to a bowl. Stir in cocoa powder and protein powder (if using) until thick and smooth.
03 - Fold in nuts, seeds, and chocolate chips.
04 - Scoop and roll into 2.5 cm (1-inch) balls. Place on parchment-lined tray.
05 - Refrigerate for 1 hour (or freeze for 30 minutes).
06 - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
