Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a blender or food processor. Blend for 1 minute until silky smooth.

Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray. Use a silicone spatula to evenly spread it into a thin, uniform rectangle, avoiding any gaps.

Bake in the center of the oven for 30–35 minutes, until the top appears set and lightly golden. Some ovens may require additional time.

Allow the wrap to cool completely on the tray to help it firm up. Then carefully peel it off the parchment paper.

Cut into 2 sections and fill with your preferred toppings. Suggested combinations include: cream cheese with crispy turkey bacon and cherry tomatoes; grilled chicken with avocado, cucumber and tahini; roasted red peppers with feta, arugula and pesto; boiled eggs with mashed avocado and baby spinach; smoked salmon with cream cheese and fresh dill; or sautéed mushrooms with caramelized onions and cheddar.
