Cottage Cheese Wraps (Printable Version)

Versatile, protein-rich wraps made from cottage cheese and eggs - perfect for filling with your favorite ingredients.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a blender or food processor. Blend for 1 minute until silky smooth.
03 - Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray. Use a silicone spatula to evenly spread it into a thin, uniform rectangle, avoiding any gaps.
04 - Bake in the center of the oven for 30–35 minutes, until the top appears set and lightly golden. Some ovens may require additional time.
05 - Allow the wrap to cool completely on the tray to help it firm up. Then carefully peel it off the parchment paper.
06 - Cut into 2 sections and fill with your preferred toppings. Suggested combinations include: cream cheese with crispy turkey bacon and cherry tomatoes; grilled chicken with avocado, cucumber and tahini; roasted red peppers with feta, arugula and pesto; boiled eggs with mashed avocado and baby spinach; smoked salmon with cream cheese and fresh dill; or sautéed mushrooms with caramelized onions and cheddar.

01 - The wrap base will lift easily from the parchment when fully cooled.
