Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

→ Dairy

02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup sour cream

→ Seasonings

05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Base & Vegetables

10 - 4 large flour tortillas
11 - 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
12 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
13 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
14 - Olive oil for cooking

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
02 - Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
03 - Top the chicken mixture with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley for added flavor.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
05 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
06 - Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve warm.
