# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups heavy cream
02 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

→ Cranberry Mixture

03 - 1 cup fresh cranberries
04 - 1/2 cup sugar
05 - 1/4 cup water

→ Flavoring

06 - Zest of 1 orange
07 - 1 teaspoon orange extract

# Steps:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
02 - In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
03 - In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cooled cranberry mixture, orange zest and orange extract.
04 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture until well combined.
05 - Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
06 - Serve directly from the freezer.
