Golden-crusted chicken rolls stuffed with turkey and Swiss cheese, finished with a velvety cheese sauce for a gourmet meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts

→ Filling

02 - 8 slices deli-style turkey
03 - 4 slices Swiss cheese

→ Breading

04 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Sauce

10 - 4 tablespoons butter, divided

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound until approximately 1.3 cm (1/2 inch) thick.
03 - Lay two slices of turkey and one slice of Swiss cheese on each flattened chicken breast. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
04 - Set up three separate bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with breadcrumbs combined with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
05 - Coat each chicken roll thoroughly in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat completely with seasoned breadcrumbs.
06 - Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken rolls for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
07 - Transfer the seared chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
08 - While chicken is baking, prepare the Swiss cheese sauce by melting the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Whisk in some flour, then gradually add milk and Swiss cheese, stirring until smooth.
09 - Remove toothpicks or twine from chicken rolls before serving. Plate the chicken rolls and drizzle with the warm Swiss cheese sauce.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of fresh herbs like thyme or parsley to the breadcrumb mixture.
02 - Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing to help keep the filling intact.
