Crispy Zucchini Chips (Printable Version)

Thinly sliced zucchini transformed into crispy, savory chips with breadcrumbs and seasonings in your air fryer.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced

→ Coating

02 - 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon panko breadcrumbs
04 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Sea salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Wash and dry the zucchini. Slice it into thin rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer—about 3mm thick works best for even crisping.
02 - In a bowl, toss the zucchini rounds with olive oil, breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Place the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don't overcrowd—work in batches if needed.
04 - Air fry at 175°C for 8 to 10 minutes. Flip or shake the basket halfway through. Monitor closely during the final minutes as they can brown quickly.
05 - Transfer to a plate and enjoy hot for the best texture.
