Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches (Printable Version)

Buttery croissants filled with eggs, cheddar cheese and turkey bacon for a quick, satisfying morning meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 croissants, halved
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 4 slices of cheddar cheese
04 - 4 slices of cooked turkey bacon
05 - 1 tablespoon butter
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired doneness (scrambled or fried).
03 - Warm the croissants in the oven for 3-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
04 - Place one slice of cheese on the bottom half of each croissant. Top with a cooked egg and a slice of turkey bacon.
05 - Cover with the top half of the croissant and serve warm.
