Fig and Ricotta Toast (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fresh figs, sliced
02 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
03 - 4 slices sourdough bread

→ Finishing Touches

04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Place sourdough slices on a baking sheet and toast for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper; mix until creamy.
03 - Slice fresh figs thinly.
04 - Spread ricotta generously on each toast slice. Arrange fig slices artfully on top.
05 - Drizzle honey generously over each slice.
06 - Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
