03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
05 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
06 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

→ Fats

07 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Wash and cut the potatoes into halves or quarters. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
02 - In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and tender. Remove and set aside.
03 - Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
04 - Increase heat to medium-high. Add remaining tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet. Sear steak bites in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until nicely browned. Remove and set aside.
05 - Reduce heat to medium-low, add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
06 - Return steak and potatoes to skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the garlic butter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the steak to ensure proper browning.
