German Potato Salad with Egg (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Potatoes

01 - 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced

→ Proteins

02 - 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
03 - 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

→ Aromatics

04 - 1/2 cup chopped onion

→ Dressing

05 - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
06 - 1/4 cup water
07 - 2 tablespoons sugar
08 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

# Steps:

01 - Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove turkey bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
03 - Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook until soft.
04 - Stir in vinegar, water, sugar, and mustard, and bring to a simmer.
