# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - Salt and pepper to taste
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika

08 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
09 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
10 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
13 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Allow to marinate for 15-20 minutes to enhance flavor.
02 - Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 75°C. Rest for several minutes before slicing.
03 - While chicken cooks, steam or blanch broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain immediately.
04 - Whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Layer steamed broccoli in serving bowls. Top with sliced grilled chicken.
06 - Drizzle creamy garlic sauce over chicken and broccoli. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
