01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

02 - 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your outdoor grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
02 - Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
03 - In a large bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
04 - Place seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
05 - While the chicken is grilling, spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly golden.
06 - On the grill, add sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
