# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted
02 - 1-2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar (optional)
04 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

05 - Vanilla ice cream
06 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Halve and pit the peaches. Brush the cut sides with melted butter or olive oil.
02 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
03 - Place peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes until distinct grill marks appear.
04 - Flip peaches and grill skin-side down for 2 more minutes. If desired, brush with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon during the last minute of cooking.
