Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Printable Version)

Crispy salmon bites coated in panko breadcrumbs and drizzled with a sweet and spicy sriracha-honey sauce.

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 1 lb fresh wild-caught salmon fillet

→ Coating

02 - 1 cup panko bread crumbs
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

→ Bang Bang Sauce

05 - 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
06 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
07 - 1 tbsp honey

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cut the salmon into one-inch cubes.
03 - Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs. Dredge each salmon piece in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko.
04 - Arrange the coated salmon bites on the baking sheet without overcrowding. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
05 - In a separate bowl, mix sriracha, mayonnaise, and honey together for the bang bang sauce.
06 - Once baked, drizzle the salmon bites with the bang bang sauce and serve immediately.
