Korean Gochujang Chicken Bowl (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken thighs, marinated in gochujang sauce

→ Base

02 - 3 cups cooked white rice

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 cup shredded cucumber
04 - 1/2 cup pickled radishes

→ Garnish

05 - 1/4 cup sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the gochujang-marinated chicken thighs and cook until caramelized and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F), about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from heat and slice into strips.
02 - Divide the cooked white rice among serving bowls. Arrange the sliced chicken, shredded cucumber, and pickled radishes on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

01 - For best flavor, marinate the chicken in gochujang sauce for at least 2 hours or overnight.
