# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sour cream
02 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
05 - 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
06 - 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts, trimmed

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Lightly coat a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese until well incorporated.
04 - Place chicken breasts evenly in the prepared baking dish. Spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken, then sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
05 - Roast for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
06 - Switch oven to broil setting and broil for 2-3 minutes until top is golden brown.
07 - Remove from oven and serve immediately while hot.
