In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese until well incorporated.

Place chicken breasts evenly in the prepared baking dish. Spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken, then sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
