Peach Feta Salad (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Components

01 - 4 ripe peaches, sliced
02 - 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, and baby kale)
03 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
04 - 1/4 cup candied pecans or walnuts
05 - 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

→ Dressing

07 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
08 - 1 tablespoon honey
09 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Wash and slice the peaches into wedges or rounds, depending on your preference. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced red onion, and fresh basil leaves.
03 - Add the sliced peaches on top of the greens and onion mixture, arranging them attractively.
04 - Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the salad, followed by the candied pecans or walnuts.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
06 - Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
