# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs beef loin
02 - 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
03 - ½ cup pineapple juice
04 - ¼ cup soy sauce
05 - 2 tbsp brown sugar

07 - 1 tsp ground ginger
08 - ½ tsp black pepper
09 - 1 medium onion, sliced
10 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, mix together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper.
