Summer Fruit Salad (Printable Version)

A vibrant medley of summer stone fruits and berries enhanced with a delicate maple-thyme dressing for the perfect seasonal treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 4-6 cups sliced stone fruit (cherries, peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines)
02 - 2 cups blueberries
03 - 2 cups blackberries

→ Dressing

04 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
05 - 2 tbsp maple syrup
06 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
07 - ¼ tsp cinnamon
08 - Pinch of salt
09 - 1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped

# Steps:

01 - Slice all stone fruit thinly. Remove pits from cherries if using.
02 - Add all prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and thyme until well combined.
04 - Pour dressing over fruit and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately or chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
