# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 - Salt and black pepper to taste
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 2 tbsp milk
07 - Canola oil or peanut oil for frying
08 - 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce

→ Garnish

09 - 1 carrot, julienned
10 - Fresh cilantro, chopped
11 - Sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - Pour 1-2 inches of oil into a deep skillet. Heat over medium heat until it reaches 350°F. Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
02 - In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. In another shallow dish, whisk together egg, milk, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Dip each piece of chicken first in the dry flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and back in the flour mixture again to create a good coating.
04 - Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with a bit of salt while hot.
05 - Transfer the fried chicken to a large bowl and toss with sweet chili sauce until well coated. Garnish with sesame seeds, julienned carrot, and chopped fresh cilantro before serving warm.
