Tiramisu Brownies (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 3 large eggs
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 tbsp espresso powder

→ Topping

07 - 8 oz mascarpone cheese
08 - Cocoa powder, for dusting

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13 inch baking pan.
02 - In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, stirring until smooth.
03 - Sift together cocoa powder, flour, and espresso powder into the wet mixture. Fold gently until combined.
04 - Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
05 - While cooling, combine mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and milk until creamy. Spread over cooled brownies.
06 - Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least an hour before slicing.
