Peanut Butter Oat Cups (Printable Version)

Creamy peanut butter and oats form delicious no-bake treats that can be topped with melted dark chocolate for extra decadence.

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
02 - 1/2 cup maple syrup
03 - 2 cups rolled oats

→ Topping

04 - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
02 - In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir continuously until smooth and well combined.
03 - Remove from heat and stir in the rolled oats until fully coated.
04 - Divide the oat mixture evenly into the muffin tin. Press down firmly to form cups.
05 - If using, melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the tops of the cups.
06 - Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set. Once firm, remove from the tin and serve.
